Laura Silvester is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product at Anthill. Anthill helps you use AI with your company data through a no-code platform built for non-technical experts. She is inspired by Anthill’s vision to elevate the work of humans for the AI era.

Laura is an active tech executive and advisor, community-builder, educator, and life-long learner. Laura has held product management and operational leadership roles at Hootsuite, Lululemon Athletica, and McKinsey & Company. She is also the Co-Founder and Director for the Associate Product Management (APM) Vancouver Chapter, a community-based training program to make product management more accessible for people of all backgrounds. Laura’s biggest learnings to date come from parenting two children together with her husband.
